Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received defective or damaged items, please email us at contact@pure-sip.shop within 14 days of delivery. Include:

  • A screenshot of your order confirmation
  • A clear photo of the defective item(s)
  • Whether you’d like a replacement or refund

Order Cancellations

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@pure-sip.shop.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.


Exchanges and Store Credit

Exchanges:

You may exchange an item for a different size or color of the same product only.
We do not offer exchanges for different products.
We recommend returning the original item for a refund, then placing a new order.

Refunds & Store Credit:

All refunds are issued as store credit by default.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, let us know at contact@pure-sip.shop.

Please note:

  • Only the final amount paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.
  • Discount codes and store credit are non-refundable and non-reissuable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank
    (Refunds may take a few days to appear)

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

If the returned item is over $75, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
